Here’s How It Works:
  • When you arrive, we will give you a tour of our kitchen and answer any questions you might have. After that, wash your hands, grab an apron and prepare to have fun!

  • During your time in our kitchen, you will visit 12 preparation stations, each with an easy-to-follow recipe and prepped ingredients already set out for you. All you do is assemble each entrée.

  • After assembling your entrée, store it in your personal refrigerated shelf and proceed to the next open preparation station to assemble your next entrée.

  • All containers (baking pans, Ziploc® bags and foil) are supplied. All you need to bring is a large ice chest (recommended), box or laundry basket to carry your entrées home. Amazingly enough, in less than 2 hours, you’ll be ready to take home 12 entrées each containing 4 - 6 servings (or 2-3 servings for the half session).

  • Take entrées home and place them into your freezer. Thaw the entrée in the refrigerator one or two days before you are ready to use it. Then follow the cooking instructions on the label.
